Refund Policy

At Endo, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to fix it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with:

  • Punctured or leaking cans

  • Products damaged during transit

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@endotuneup.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and take care of it promptly.

For Damaged Cans

  • If 3 or more cans are damaged, we will send a replacement for the damaged quantity.

  • If fewer than 3 cans are damaged, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the damaged cans.

Please note: we cannot ship single replacement cans. In cases involving fewer than 3 damaged cans, a credit will be issued for future use.

Dented cans that are not punctured or leaking are safe to consume and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
